Master-Level Behavioral Health Group Facilitator (Contract)

Living & Balance Wellness Center is searching for a compassionate and diligent master-level professional to join our outpatient treatment facility as a Behavioral Health Group Facilitator. You will be a key member of our team, working with psychiatrists and other behavioral health specialists to provide direct care to clients with various behavioral challenges.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading group facilitation sessions on various topics
• Providing psychoeducation, screenings, assessments, and life skills training
• Documenting client progress, managing cases, and providing crisis intervention
• Offering individual and group counseling services
• Assisting with medication management and progress tracking

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and at least one year of related experience
• Experience creating intake assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
• A passion for working with diverse populations

Additionally, you should have:

• A Doctorate degree, LAC, or LCSW with experience (preferred)
• Experience using Simple Practice (preferred)
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
• Strong initiative and the ability to work independently

This is a contract role with availability needed from Monday to Friday, 10 hours a week. Before starting the contract, you must provide a TB test, CPR/First Aid certification, AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card, and a resume.
