Our goal is to provide high-quality behavioral and life skills counseling to the community. Individual and group counseling are among the various life skills services we provide. In our Outpatient Clinic, we utilize successful psychotherapy approaches to assist patients in understanding themselves and acquiring new life attitudes and experiences. General Information

Behavioral health includes mental health, psychiatric, marriage and family therapy, and addiction treatment. Social workers, counselors, psychiatrists, neurologists, and physicians are among the professionals who provide these services. Mental health and substance use are part of behavioral health, which includes prevention, intervention, treatment, and recovery support.

Our trained and skilled behavioral health coaches work one-on-one with youth and families in their natural environments – at home or school – to identify and support targeted behaviors that lead to stress. Using a cognitive behavioral approach, our coaches implement skills and interventions to promote positive communication and change. They work with caregivers to teach them the techniques used in the coaching process, empowering them to foster success at home.

Our behavior coaches specialize in anger management, self-regulation, independent living skills, social integration skills, coping skills, and organizational skills and are guided by the family’s values and culture to ensure a strengths-based approach to service delivery.

The program is available for children and adolescents aged 6-18, and sessions can take place 1-5 times per week, lasting between 1-5 hours, depending on the needs of the child or adolescent. Enrollment is easy and can be done through a referral from a behavioral health case manager or directly through our office.

Behavioral Coaching Services
