Clinician II – Master Level (Contract) – Adult & Kids

Location: Telehealth (Remote)

We seek experienced and motivated clinicians interested in an Independent Contractor for our telehealth therapy services at Living and Balance Wellness Center LLC. As an Independent Contractor, you can make your own schedule and provide therapy to clients from the comfort of your home.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
• Active state licensure as a LAC, LAMFT, LCSW, LPC, or MSW
• Experience in creating intake assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans (required)
• Experience using Google workspace tools (required)
• Experience using Simple Practice (preferred but not required)
• Available to conduct at least 20+ client sessions per week (as required by position)
• Alignment with the Living and Balance Wellness Center LLC mission, vision, and values
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Ability to work as a team player
• A niche market in counseling services (e.g., trauma, anxiety, grief, anger management, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Provide telehealth therapy services to clients
• Build and maintain a client base
• Document client progress and treatment plans
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards of the counseling profession
• Participate in professional development opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge

Requirements before the date of hire:

• TB test
• CPR/First Aid certification
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions
