Position Overview:

Living and Balance Wellness Center, based in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a motivated and dedicated Therapist (or Therapist in Training) to join our team. This role is integral to providing therapeutic and counseling interventions to both youth and adults across varied settings: office, community, and telehealth. Ideal candidates will be in the process of accruing hours toward licensure and have practical experience in counseling, with a solid educational background in psychology or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to address diverse mental health needs.
• Develop and implement strategic therapeutic plans tailored to client needs, following our holistic service approach.
• Deliver therapy across multiple settings, including in-office, in the community, and via telehealth platforms.
• Engage in continuous learning and development in therapy practices and mental health advancements.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Required Credentials and Availability:

• Current tuberculosis (TB) test.
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification.
• Unrestricted AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Valid Driver’s License with an impeccable driving record.
• Availability from Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 8 PM.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field, with significant counseling experience.
• Actively pursuing licensure in the state of Arizona; license preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and capability to operate independently as a proactive self-starter.
• Comfortable delivering services in various settings, including in-person and remote sessions.

Compensation:

• Hourly wage based on experience and qualifications — $23.00 – $30.00.
• Actual hours and rates may vary based on part-time or full-time engagement and specific agreements.
